Welcome to Gracie Mae's! We are a central Nebraska bakery and cafe offering freshly made cinnamon rolls, cakes, cupcakes, muffins and cookies to name a few. We have a full menu of sandwiches (hot and cold), soup, and salads and serve The Mill coffee, a local Nebraska coffee roaster based in the Lincoln area. We offer catering, large order delivery, and special orders are accepted.
